Ideal for custom building your own heavy duty door hinges. Hinge Pin Nipples are welded to outer frames and to doors, aligning them so the hinge pin may be inserted. narrow-profile, weld-on lift-off hinge is suitable for tight spaces.
Greasable hinge pins have a grease zerk installed on one end and an outlet hole to allow lubrication of the hinge.
Can be welded in place horizontally or vertically. Mount hinge flush, offset, or straight. Pin is permanently attached to the frame leaf.
