Hearthstone Wood Stove Door Front Latch Kit (Bennington): 93-73501

Hearthstone wood stove door latch kit for the Hearthstone Bennington model. The door latch is an import part of the stove. This latch helps to create an airtight seal between the door and body of the unit. A worn door latch can can allow smoke to enter the room, reduce your stoves efficiency and cause the stove to over fire.

NOTE FOR STOVES BUILT PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 2005: If the stove was manufactured prior to September 2005, (any serial number below 3115), you will need to install the new front door latch keeper, part number 5350-062, along with this latch kit assembly.
