Harman Service Rail Kit For Older Accentra Insert and Invincible Insert, 1-00-08007
This service rail kit provides a safe and stable surface that can support the weight of the insert during intervals of service and/ or maintenance. Simply install the rails under the insert, adjust the height of the jack and gently roll the insert out. The commercial-grade rollers will support the weight of the insert and allow it to roll back and forth with minimal effort. This rail kit is a must-have for blower service which is located directly under the 300 lb insert.
Kit Includes:
- QTY 1 – Scissor assembly with 2 rail bolts
- QTY 2 – Rails with stop bolts.
Notes:
- This rail kit requires minimal assembly
- The scissor jack can accommodate a hearth height of 2 1/2″ ~ 18″
- For Flush-to-floor hearths or hearths which are lower than 2 1/2″, the scissor is not used. Rails will rest on the floor.
- This rail kit is made from unfinished steel and must be stored indoors in a dry place or it will rust
- Always use some kind of cushion, such as plywood or cardboard directly under the jack/ rails. The weight of the kit plus the weight of the stove WILL permanently mark wood floors and could crack tile or stonework when used if care is not taken to protect the work area.
