ComfortBilt Pellet Stove Replacement Hopper Lid Switch (Plunger Style). The Hopper Lid Switch is located on the top right side of the stove. It is mounted just underneath the hopper lid on most models. This switch acts as a safety device, detecting when the hopper lid is opened or closed. When the lid is open, it will not allow the auger to feed pellets.
