This is a 3″ Reduction Collar, this is from the PelletVent Pro Line.This reduces the center hole diameter in the ceiling support/wall thimble Cover to fit 3″ and 4″ pellet pipe. This can be used as a trim collar when penetrating a masonry chimney. It is painted black.
