This auger motor is designed to fit Englander pellet stoves including models 25-PDV and 25-PDVC (two per unit) and is the stirrer motor on Englander’s 10-CPM multi-fuel stove. Our Englander auger motor comes fully assembled, is simple to install and has built-in leads that connect to your existing stove’s wiring. The auger motor mounts securely to the auger shaft and will have your stove up and running in minutes. This auger motor is as powerful as it is quiet and provides a steady rotation that allows for an even distribution of fuel. Our Englander replacement auger motor will have your auger system running smoothly while keeping you warm during the cold winter months.
Instructions for replacing the Auger Motors
To replace the Top Auger, all the fuel must be removed from the hopper as well as from the Top Auger assembly. Once this is done, the four bolts that hold in the bearing can be removed, followed by the complete auger assembly. Loosen the two (2) set screws with a 1/8” Allen wrench, which will disconnect the bearing from the shaft (the bearing assembly and auger assembly can be replaced by reversing this procedure). When placing the auger assemblies in the unit, always tighten the four bolts in a diagonal pattern to ensure the bearings and shafts are aligned properly. NOTE: Follow the same procedure to work on the bottom auger, with the exception that the pellets do not have to be removed from the hopper.
